Information we collect and use

We (Bramley Airport Transfers) only collect the information you provide us with through our booking forms or through our contact us service, your IP address is stored for no more than 30 days.

This information provided by yourself is not and will not be sold to any third parties for any reason, the only people who may receive personal information (mainly your Name & Mobile Number) will be the driver on the day who takes or picks you up from the airport.

All your contact details including your Name, Address, Phone no, and email address will remain on our database for ease of booking in the future.

If you would like us to remove your personal details however after completing your journey with us, just let us know at bramleyairporttransfers@gmail.com and we will remove your details from our database and we will notify you by email that we have done so.

We do not store any Credit Card / Bank Account details.

At the time of writing Card Payments are taken with IZettle (Paypal Owned) and are usually carried out face to face through a handheld card machine, no information is stored by us regarding your card details.

We may use your email for any correspondence purely from ourselves notifying you of any changes to our services in the future like fare changes, parking charges at airports and anything else that may be relevant. We may also contact you from time to time requesting some feedback (completely up to you to respond) regarding your journey with us, to allow us too maintain our very high standards.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
